Paola, Office Manager

Paola grew up in Loudoun County, where she lives with her 2 dogs. She has worked in the dental field for over 10 years. Her goal with all patients is to make sure every patient feels cared for and supported, and to guarantee every patient has a positive visit every time!

Paola loves spending time with her 2 dogs, exploring the outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and hunting for the next delicious restaurant to try.

Danielle – Insurance Coordinator

Danielle lives in Leesburg with her husband Cody and two daughters. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and has been in the dental industry since 2013. Her experience in patient-oriented dental offices covers all the aspects of front office administration from accounts receivable/payable, scheduling, insurance, claim processing, and billing. Danielle brings a positive and bubbly personality, and she is always willing to go over and beyond to help patients! Being part of a team that helps to give others a lovely smile is Danielle’s favorite part of her job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.

Yadira – Front Desk Receptionist

Over the course of her career in the dental administrative field, Yadira has gained quite a bit of experience in coordinating insurance and interacting with patients. She makes a point of keeping track of the latest dental software. At home, Yadira has a daughter who participates in many sports and scholastic activities.

Shara, Registered Dental Hygienist

Shara is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from West Virginia University in 2009. A Northern Virginia native. She has extensive experience treating periodontal disease and educating patients about their oral health. She’s dedicated to creating an atmosphere where every patient who steps into our office feels truly well cared for. On the weekends she spends time with her husband, two kids, and goldendoodle. She enjoys painting, gardening, and weightlifting in her free time.

Amira - DENTAL HYGIENIST

Amira is a licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She grew up in Leesburg, Virginia, and graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2022 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently continuing her education and working towards her bacchelor's degree at Old Dominion University. Amira enjoys educating patients about the importance of preventative dental care and believes that empowering patients with knowledge helps them make the best decisions about their oral health. Outside of the office, Amira enjoys cooking and loves discovering new recipes to try in the kitchen with her husband.

SOPHIA - DENTAL HYGIENIST

Sophia is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Parkland Community College, IL in 2007. Since she moved to Virginia in 2009, she has resided in Haymarket/Gainesville area.
She is patient focused and driven to provide the highest quality of dental care possible. She helps our patients feel comfortable during their regular dental visits and maintain their dental health between professional cleaning. On the weekends, she spends time with her two children and volunteers with children's ministry at her church. Sophia is excited to have a career that she loves and is grateful to be working with such amazing team at Downtown Family Dental in Leesburg.

Phoebe – Dental Assistant

Phoebe is from the Philippines originally, and she greatly enjoys her work as a dental assistant. She is always thankful for the chance to get to meet new patients and help them feel comfortable in the dental chair. Phoebe is a mother of four, and she spends a lot of time with her family when she’s not in the office. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, and watching movies with her loved ones.
